Paul N. Patti, President

Paul PattiMr. Patti was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. After graduating college with a B.S. degree in engineering, Mr. Patti’s management career included executive positions with Hercules Inc., Lipton Inc. and Warner Lambert with whom he relocated to their international division headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1970. Hawk-Eye Realty was formed in 1974 dealing primarily in commercial realty sales. Mr. Patti founded Hawk-Eye Management, Inc. in 1990 with the philosophy of providing responsive, quality customer service to its clientele.
A direct result of this simple philosophy is that Hawk-Eye Management is not reliant on voice mails, nor does it shield itself with automated prompts. The management and support staff are dedicated to the personal approach acknowledging each and every individual as if they are the only individual they serve.
Even in today’s technology laden world the Hawk-Eye Management team blends the tools of today with the foundation of yesterday to create a standard of service which in good times is appreciated, and in challenging times, essential.
As President, Mr. Patti oversees the daily operations, and through his leadership the staff of Hawk-Eye Management moves forward in the mindset that their clients are the first and foremost priority as well as being the strongest advocates for why premier associations deserve premier association management.

Barbara Patti, Executive Vice President

Barbara PattiOriginally from the Washington, D.C. area, Mrs. Patti became a licensed real estate agent in Boca Raton during the 1970s and successfully assisted her real estate clients for over two decades. She joined Hawk-Eye Management in 1992, obtained her property management license and began personally managing many of Hawk-Eye’s properties. Today, one of Mrs. Patti’s main responsibilities is to direct the educational development and training of Hawk-Eye Management’s property managers thus ensuring the professionalism of every “team member”. She also oversees community special projects, including landscape design, entry redesign, tree plantings and lighting projects. “My realtor’s eyes help me to make sure that our properties maintain the kind of pleasing curb appeal that ensures enhanced property values which is the mission of professional property management”.

Michael Morgan, Vice President of Operations

Michael MorganMr. Morgan grew up in Smithtown, Long Island, New York and later owned a construction company that specialized in all phases of residential and commercial construction. In 1980 Mr. Morgan moved to Florida and started a manufacturing company where he spent 23 successful years operating as CEO. During this time Mr. Morgan was President of two of his Homeowner’s Associations and developed a strong interest in Association Management. After retiring from the manufacturing business he decided to focus on property management and join the Hawk-Eye Management team. In his current position of Vice President of Operations Mr. Morgan continues to manage several associations as he develops new procedures and systems to better serve all of Hawk-Eye Management’s clients. The ever changing needs of today’s community associations keep him challenged to find new ways to help the associations solve the difficult problems that are facing them in today’s economy.

Jon Stormont, Vice President of Administration

Jon StormontJon Stormont joined Hawk-Eye Management in 2006 after having gained substantial expertise in the service and management business sector of South Florida. Jon, a native of Boca Raton, enjoyed a successful career working for both Bloomingdales and then Publix as Customer Service Manager prior to joining the Hawk-Eye Team as a property manager. Today, Mr. Stormont continues to manage several associations as he oversees the day to day administration of the office. This includes ensuring that Hawk-Eye’s team of property managers has the support needed to provide professional service to all of the company’s clients.
